Rachid BOUTTI, Moroccan, joined Union European as the Senior Expert. Dr. Rachid BOUTTI holds an MASTER from the Rennes Institute of Management, France. With the sponsorship of Credit lyonnais Bank, he received a Ph.D. in Finance and Quantitative Analysis from the Institute School of Management, Rennes I University, (France).

Besides teaching activities, Dr BOUTTI is an international consultant to different organizations and to public and private corporations. He is senior expert in MEDA Project with the European Union since 1999. He is also expert in House with the USAID since 1996. He is an associate member at the Commerce Chamber in Agadir.

Dr BOUTTI has been in charge of key positions in various multinational firms. (ELF, RICHBOND, AKZO COATING.). Presently he is Professor and researcher in Finance, Auditing and Management of Business School and Engineering School in Morocco (the first and most visible Moroccan Business and Enginneering School). He animated seminars of the top management.

Professor BOUTTI have authored many books in different fields of interest.He has published three books in strategy management in an international edition . He has also published hundreds of articles in various management and financial issues and designed numerous executive training programmes.
Professor BOUTTI is President of the Moroccan Management Accounting Association (2M2A), of which he is acting President for many years.

Therefore, Professor BOUTTI is able to observe directly the politics of his Country together with international affairs, to participate to hundreds of Conferences and meetings at the international and regional levels and to meet a large number of decision makers throughout the world.

Born in Agadir in Morocco on 24 th January 1959, Professor BOUTTI is father to tree children.
